Beide Firmen, die zu Dollfus & Muller fusioniert wurden - Dollfus & Noack und Manufacture Muller - wurden 1811 gegründet.

Am 22. Juli 2011 fand im Betrieb ein grosses Fest für alle Mitarbeiter und deren Familie sowie für die pensionierten Mitarbeiter statt. Mehr als 200 Personen waren anwesend. Das Fest war ein grosser Erfolg und wird den Teilnehmern noch lange im Gedächtnis bleiben.

 Dollfus & Muller wird diesen Geburtstag auch mit seinen Vertretern während der ITMA-Messe in Barcelona, Spanien am 23. September 2011 feiern sowie während der Tanning Tech in Bologna, Italien.
