The Denim fabric is carrying a lot of chemicals because of its manufacturing process. Also, the Denim is a rush, hard and heavy fabric. So the felt has to be resistant against chemicals and abrasion. So the Aramid Nomex® felts have this advantage to be resistant against chemicals and abrasion.
